Hi, I am Cecile de Klerk, a Registered Dietitian who loves cooking and sharing food with family and friends. I work as a clinical dietitian at Kingsbury Hospital and am especially interested in gut health and treating patients with IBS. I also enjoy working with pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, menopausal women, and patients with lifestyle diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol. A healthy relationship with food is crucial for a balanced life and I believe in using food to nourish and love your body.
