Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre

Our teachers have a collective martial arts experience of over 150 years, dedicated to the Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre and Chang Hong systems. The school was founded and is headed by Si Fu Marco Kavalieratos.

The system we teach has come from these pre-eminent Martial Arts masters. These highly-regarded teachers have exemplary track records and have left a deep legacy which we are proud to help continue and grow. Thanks to the dedication of these great men of our lineage, Taiwanese Martial Arts today are not only alive and well in South Africa, but also famous around the world too.
